My dog is a messy eater, so I grabbed this bowl mostly for the anti-tip base. It hasn’t budged once during dinner time, and the ceramic is heavy enough that I don’t worry about it sliding across the kitchen floor.

The glazed ceramic surface is so smooth and easy to clean—leftover wet food just rinses right off without scrubbing. It's heavy enough that my golden retriever can't slide it across the kitchen floor while eating.

This bowl has some real weight to it, so my dog can't push it across the kitchen floor anymore. The ceramic cleans up way easier than the plastic one I had before, no lingering smell.
